Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
IntervueAI exists to help you communicate more clearly in your own conversations — it suggests, you speak. This policy draws the line between that and uses we don't allow.
Use it honestly
- Follow the rules of the room. Interviews, exams, certifications, and workplaces can have their own policies on AI assistance. You are responsible for knowing those policies and for disclosing AI assistance when they require it.
- Don't use it where assistance is prohibited. Do not use IntervueAI in proctored exams, certification tests, or assessments whose rules forbid outside help.
- Speak for yourself. IntervueAI offers suggestions; the words you say are yours. Do not present yourself as someone you are not, or have someone else use the app to impersonate you.
Respect recording and consent laws
IntervueAI transcribes conversations you take part in. Some jurisdictions require the consent of one or all parties before a conversation is recorded or transcribed. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to your calls, and any recording policies of the platform or organization you are speaking with.
Don't misuse the service
- Use it only in conversations you personally take part in.
- Don't use it to harass, defraud, or deceive others, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't share, resell, or pool accounts — subscriptions are personal.
- Don't probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, or try to circumvent fair-use limits.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, depending on severity. Where the law requires it, we may also report unlawful activity.
