Terms of Service

IntervueAI is a career assistant: a desktop copilot that listens to your call, transcribes it on your device, and shows suggested responses in a private overlay that only you can see. It suggests — you speak, and you decide what to say.

IntervueAI does not guarantee any outcome: not an offer, a passed interview, or a successful meeting. Your results depend on you.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular launch date.
• During early access, features may change, break, or be removed without notice as we improve the product.

The following applies to paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or quarterly) through our payment provider. Advertised prices are launch pricing and may change for future billing periods with prior notice — never retroactively.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase: if IntervueAI isn't for you, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
• "AI usage included" is subject to fair-use limits designed to cover normal personal interview and meeting use. We may throttle or contact you about extreme usage patterns rather than surprise-bill you.
• Accounts are personal. Keep your credentials to yourself — see the Acceptable Use Policy.

• You are responsible for how you use IntervueAI: for following the disclosure, recording, and academic or hiring policies that apply to your conversations, and for complying with the law. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Suggestions are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review them with your own judgment before relying on them — especially factual and technical claims.

• We own the IntervueAI software, site, and brand. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
• You own your content: your words, your transcripts, and your session history. They stay on your device.

IntervueAI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or lost income.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and we will notify account holders of material changes by email. Questions? Write to support@intervueai.app.
